1. Greeter (East Entry)

Welcome festivalgoers at the east entrance. Collect donations, hand out programs, answer questions, help with crowd flow. Please note that these shifts need to be filled to make the festival possible and we appreciate your contribution so much.

2. Cart Driver

Drive golf carts to transport equipment, supplies, and people around festival grounds. Must be comfortable driving in crowded areas. Please note that if you have not participated as a cart driver before, please email rsf.volunteering@gmail.com to be connected!

2. Musicians Greeter (Parking Lot)

Welcome arriving musicians and performers. Help them find their stage, green room, and parking.

Staff the green room for performers and VIPs and volunteers. Prepare and serve food and beverages, and keep the space clean and welcoming. 413 Main St, Rosendale, NY 12472

6. Kids Area Counselor

Supervise and run activities in the kids area. Crafts, games, and age-appropriate entertainment. Ensure safety.

7. Merchandise Sales

Sell festival merchandise including t-shirts and other items. Handle cash and card transactions.

8. Zero Waste + Compost

Manage compost and recycling stations and help support the festival’s efforts to send less waste to the landfill. Volunteers in this role will help attendees sort waste properly and keep these areas clean throughout the festival. PLEASE NOTE: Volunteers assigned to this role may be reassigned if other priority positions are not filled. Greeter slots are especially important and need to be covered. Thank you for being flexible and helping where the festival needs support most. We love you!
